지금까지 한세실업은 그룹사인 한세예스24그룹의 지속가능경영보고서를 통해 당사의 ESG 경영 성과를 공유해왔습니다. 당사 ESG 경영성과에 대해 보다 상세하게 이해관계자에게 공유하고자 금년 25년부더 지속가능경영보고서를 단독 발간하게 되었습니다. 당사는 GRI 기준과 EU의 지속가능성 보고지침(CSRD)에 따라 이중 중대성 평가(Double Materiality Assessment) 개념을 보고서에 적용하였으며, 이에 경영활동으로 인한 환경·사회적 영향인 임팩트 중대성뿐만 아니라, 사회·환경 문제로 인한 기업의 재무적 영향인 재무적 중대성까지 다각도로 분석해 중대 이슈를 도출하고 이를 보고서에 중점 보고하였습니다.
One of Hansae Co., Ltd.'s key compliance programs is its "Anti-Corruption" program. Hansae's Code of Ethics, which outlines its commitment to complying with anti-corruption laws, applies to all employees at headquarters, owned factories, and suppliers. The Code of Ethics is displayed in both the local language and English in easily accessible locations for all employees.
Hansae’s Code of Conduct reflects the labor laws, environmental laws, and other local regulations of all relevant countries, as well as buyer requirements. All owned and subcontracted factories of Hansae are required to comply with the Code of Conduct, which is displayed in both the local language and English in locations accessible to all employees.
Hansae Co., Ltd. adheres to the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas. The company also complies with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act, which prohibits the use of minerals originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries as a source of direct or indirect funding for armed groups.
To this end, Hansae has established and manages its own Conflict Minerals Policy.
Hansae Co., Ltd. has established its human rights policy based on the principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. Based on this policy, the company is committed to managing its business in a way that respects the human rights of employees, suppliers, and all other business partners.
Hansae Co., Ltd. is expanding the scope of its occupational health and safety policy to include not only employees at domestic and overseas business sites but also those of its partner companies. The company conducts training and monitoring through external professional organizations and agencies for workplaces and partners with higher levels of occupational safety risk, supported by its internal safety system and continuous monitoring efforts. Hansae Co., Ltd. also discloses its health and safety policies to stakeholders and overseas employees, and strives to ensure the highest standards of health and safety within the company.
To reduce environmental impact, Hansae has established and announced an Environmental Management Policy, which applies not only to its employees but also to partner factories that do business with Hansae. The company’s environmental policy addresses the environmental impact of its business activities and provides concrete action plans and management methods for mitigating these effects. This policy is implemented under the leadership of Hansae's Compliance Team.
Hansae Co., Ltd. has established a supply chain ESG management policy to ensure that all of its own production sites and partner companies involved in product manufacturing maintain safe working environments, respect workers, and operate in an environmentally friendly and ethical manner. This policy is based on Hansae Co., Ltd.’s Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct, Conflict Minerals Policy, Human Rights Policy, and Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
